This website is operated by World Stationery Shop. Before publishing these terms, insert the full legal business name, registered business address, company or registration number, VAT number where applicable, and official contact details.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, misuse store content, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.

We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website where reasonably necessary.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, dimensions, materials and colours accurately. Colours may vary slightly because of screens, materials, printing processes and handmade production.

Customers are responsible for supplying accurate names, spellings, dates, colours, logos, files and other personalisation instructions. Production may begin only after required details have been received and confirmed.

A digital proof may be provided when requested or where we consider it necessary. The customer is responsible for carefully reviewing and approving the proof.

By supplying a logo, photograph, design, text or other material, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it and authorise us to reproduce it solely to fulfil your order.

You must not submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, discriminatory or otherwise prohibited material. We may refuse or cancel an order containing such material.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

A binding contract is formed when we accept the order, begin production, or dispatch the goods, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

We may reject or cancel an order because of unavailable materials, pricing errors, payment problems, incomplete personalisation details, prohibited content or other reasonable grounds. Any payment collected for a cancelled order will be refunded where required.

Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website. Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown before checkout where possible.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order is processed. We may use third-party payment providers, and their separate terms may apply.

Customers outside the European Union may be responsible for import duties, customs charges and local taxes imposed by the destination country.

Contact us immediately if you need to correct or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation will be possible after personalisation, printing, cutting, assembly or other production work has begun.

Nothing in this section limits any cancellation or withdrawal right that cannot legally be excluded.

Where applicable, consumers purchasing online may have a statutory period in which to withdraw from a distance contract.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised. This exception does not remove legal rights relating to goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

For eligible non-personalised goods, contact us before returning an item and follow the procedure in our Returns Policy.

Production and delivery times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Personalised orders require production time in addition to delivery time.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete customer information, postal or courier disruption, customs, severe weather, industrial action or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if tracking shows a delivery problem.

Inspect the order after delivery and contact us promptly if it is damaged, defective, incorrectly personalised compared with the approved details, or materially different from its description.

Provide the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, correction, price reduction or refund.

Returns must follow our Returns Policy. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.

Personalised goods are not normally accepted for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law.

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, branding, text, graphics, photographs, product designs and other store content are owned by or licensed to World Stationery Shop and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our content without written permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, business loss, loss caused by incorrect customer-supplied information, or events outside our reasonable control.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law. Please review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information through the website.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our services, business practices or legal requirements. The version in effect when an order is placed will normally govern that order, unless a change is required by law.

Nothing in these terms deprives a consumer of mandatory protections available under the law of the country in which the consumer normally resides.
