How to Personalize Your Order

All our items are fully personalised manually. To ensure we create your product exactly as you want, please follow the instructions below.

1 What we need from you

  • Full name or names and surnames
  • Logo or design file in PDF, JPG or PNG format, or a clear photo attached to your email
  • Font preference, when applicable
  • Colour preference, when applicable
  • For multiple items with different details, clearly include the information, logo or design required for each item

2 How to send your details

Please email all personalisation details and files to us after placing your order.

Include your order number in the email subject line so we can match your details to the correct order.

3 Important notes

  • Production starts only after we confirm all personalisation details with you
  • A digital preview can be provided upon request before production begins
  • Each product may have slight personalisation variations, including uppercase or lowercase letters and minor colour shade differences

EU Orders

EU customers pay no additional customs fees. Estimated delivery time is 3–6 business days.
